Lead-in pen model 200-1 is the ideal solution where you have the combination of Lead-in pen model 200 and model 500, which gives you a solution that can be used in both large and small farms. The lead-in pen can be combined and set up in countless variations, which makes it extremely flexible and easy to adapt as needed.

Efficient cow flow

By adding the model 200-1 to your KVK hoof trimming chute the possibility to achieve a faster and more efficient works flow is created, while the cows are led directly towards the chute without the need for constant encouragement. The rear gallow of the lead in pen supports this works and cow flow, while it ensures that the next cow is always ready in the waiting box to be let directly into the hoof trimming chute to be hoof trimmed- the cow flow is constant.

This contributes to reducing the perceived stress level for the cow enabling an easier and more efficient work flow for the hoof trimmer.

The design of the lead-in pen, rear gallow and waiting box allows for one person you gather the animals.

By adding a lead-in pen to the chute, you have the opportunity to work quickly and efficiently. Animals move directly to the chute, so there is less stress by handling, and it can easily be done by one person. The specially designed aluminium profiles with rounded edges prevents damages to the animal on it’s way to the chute

The galvanized frame and the aluminum rear gallow and gates are easy to handle and maintain, while they are very resistant towards the environment in which they are used.

Compact dimension and easy transport

Lead-in pen 200-1 can easily be transported as it is attached to the chute with mounting brackets. Aluminium gates can easily be taken off and stored in-side the chute or by adding our aluminium gate holder system, the gates can be stored on the side of the chute. After setting up the lead-in pen with the chute perfect space is created for the cow traffic to the chutes.
