Product characteristics
The model 1000-1 hoof trimming chute is one of KVK’s five-star models, specially customized for larger livestock. It has fully hydraulic functions, low-noise components and focuses on comfort for both hoof trimmer and livestock. It is primarily used by professional hoof trimmers and bull stations and is designed for livestock weighing 500-2000 kg.

The serial hydraulic system allows several functions to operate at the same time. The front doors open 90° inwards and 90° outwards.
Hoof support system
The KVK hoof support system firmly fixates the hoof and allows the trimmer to work with both hands. Combined with individually adjustable working height, this provides an ergonomic working position.
Optimal working conditions
The chute has 5 LED lamps, a heating cabinet for glue and accessories and holders for trimming equipment. The heating cabinet activates automatically below 18 degrees.
PLC – data overview of your chute
The PLC screen provides information including number of animals trimmed, operating hours, service requirements and electrical faults.
Animal welfare
Noise during normal operation is limited to max. 64 dB. Hydraulic functions are damped to make lifting and hoof fixation as gentle as possible.
