Salicylic acid is very effective in combating common hoof diseases such as Digital Dermatitis, Interdigital Dermatitis, Limax and many more.
Disinfects
CowDream salicylic acid powder is intended for topical use and works by providing a disinfecting effect. When salicylic acid is applied, the acid helps the skin shed dead skin from the upper layer.

Application
Treatment starts with a thorough washing of the infected hoof, followed by the use of Salicylic acid powder and finished by applying a bandage. Injuries may occur if the bandage is applied too tightly.
The hoof bandage should be checked and changed daily if necessary. The bandage should be changed after max. 3-5 days in connection with a check.
